The work fitness assessment is performed to help determine a job applicant’s ability to safely perform the duties of the role for which they are applying.
The results of the work fitness assessment are taken into account by the assessing doctor, who will provide a risk-based recommendation regarding the candidate’s fitness to perform the required duties of the role. These results will be viewed in conjunction with the medical assessment (if one is undertaken). Please click here for a PDF of Jobfit’s Work Fitness Assessment Protocol.
