Please follow the steps below to request an appointment for a medical assessment at your nearest Jobfit centre. You will be asked to provide us with 3 alternative times / dates for your appointment. Please check the opening hours before you select dates and/or time.

Alternatively, if there is no Jobfit centre within 50kms of your location, we will book the appointment at our nearest associate clinic.

You will receive a confirmation SMS (and an email if you provide your email address) once the appointment is booked. Please allow 48 hours for your booking request to be processed. You are not required to call us to confirm your appointment. We will contact you should we require any additional information.
