Chevron HAVE REQUESTED YOU UNDERTAKE A MEDICAL ASSESSMENT WITH JOBFIT HEALTH GROUP.
Please follow the steps below to request an appointment for a medical assessment at your nearest Jobfit centre. You will be asked to provide us with 3 alternative times / dates for your appointment. Please check the opening hours before you select dates and/or time.
If there is no Jobfit centre within 50kms of your location, or the Jobfit centre you have selected is fully booked on the dates selected, we will book the appointment at our nearest alternate Jobfit centre or associate clinic. If this is the case please select the appropriate checkbox under the location and appointment selector.
You will receive a confirmation SMS (and an email if you provide your email address) once the appointment is booked. Please allow 1-2 business days for your booking request to be processed.
