How to prepare
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing & closed in shoes
- A urine sample may be required. Limit water intake to a maximum of 2 glasses prior to your appointment to prevent dilution.
- If fasting blood tests are scheduled, 10-12 hours of fasting is required prior to your appointment (water is permitted).
- If an audio is scheduled, 16 hrs noise free is required
The above covers any potential tests you may have.
Your assessment may include a step test, lifting of weights and a range of motion assessment.
