Jobfit Health Group has opened its first international centre in New Zealand.
Australia’s leading occupational health provider opened the doors to a new centre in Auckland last month. Located in Grey Lynn, the centre will provide its Australian and New Zealand clients with convenient and efficient access to occupational health services in the region including pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol screening, and work fitness assessments.
Jobfit Health Group Managing Director, Steven Harvey, said the New Zealand expansion was a positive outcome for Jobfit and its corporate clients.
“Jobfit has outsourced medical examination services to local clinics in New Zealand for over ten years to assist our Australian clients with their international recruitment and operations,” he said.
“The opening of our own centre in Auckland means we can control access to appointments, better manage quality control, and improve the speed in which we deliver medical results to our clients.
We can also support New Zealand based clients and workers who need to undertake statutory medical assessments to work on projects and sites within Australia, such as Rail Safety Worker medicals,” Mr Harvey said.
This announcement builds on the Group’s growing footprint of wholly-owned centres located across Australia’s mainland.
