It is business as usual in Victoria for our Jobfit team.
On the advice of the Victorian public health team, the Acting Premier of Victoria has recently announced Victoria will move to circuit breaker restrictions. In short, the circuit breaker will commence from 11:59pm Thursday 27 May 2021. At this time, these settings will remain in place until further notice.
As Jobfit provides essential medical services, it is business as usual in Victoria. As such, all of our Victorian centres will remain open during the lockdown period for medical assessments and injury management services.
Please ensure you monitor the updated list of public exposure sites and the locations where there is a risk you may have been exposed to coronavirus (COVID-19), and follow the specific advice listed for that exposure site.
If you have any of the following symptoms including fever, sore throat, shortness of breath OR you have been in contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having coronavirus, please DO NOT visit our Jobfit centres. Please phone ahead of your medical assessment letting our staff know so that we can reschedule your booking. Please also contact the employer who referred you to Jobfit for a medical assessment to advise them your booking has been rescheduled.
What’s more, face masks are mandated to be worn inside and outdoors – everywhere except your own home. Please ensure you are wearing a face mask at all times when attending a Jobfit centre. More information about face masks is available here.
