The SmartQuestionnaire™ takes only 20 minutes to complete yet is the equivalent of a whole day’s multiple choice questioning. Job Success Analysis report

The Job Success Analysis report (JSA) isolates up to 40 traits necessary for success in a job. The JSA traits are weighted according to the responsibilities and tasks required to do that job well, automatically ranking the traits as Essential, Desirable or as Traits to Avoid.

When a candidate’s work preferences are compared to the success traits for a job the JSA provides a prediction score of how suited the candidate is to the job, and highlights the candidates strengths and potential weaknesses.

The body of the JSA report also provides the candidate’s preference score for each trait and measures that against the benchmark for ideal performance in this type of role.
