The Gladstone Industry Medical Pass (formerly known as 3-site Medical Pass) is a medical and functional capacity assessment that allows a worker to access the following sites in Gladstone, Queensland:
- Workers are required to complete an online medical history questionnaire prior to their appointment (approx. 15 minutes).

Examinations can be conducted at any of our nationwide Jobfit centres.
Once the assessment is completed, a site access pass is issued. Please note: physical cards can only be collected from Jobfit Gladstone, located at 164B Goondoon Street, Gladstone QLD 4680. An appointment is not required to collect the card.

A Blue Medical Pass covers all sites, except for specific areas of Boyne Smelters Limited (BSL) that require workers to wear a respirator. If a candidate needs to access these areas, they will need a Yellow Pass which has the extra testing component of spirometry and urine salbutamol. Workers holding a Blue Medi Pass will be required to repeat a full medical every two years.

A Yellow Medi Pass covers Boyne Smelters limited (BSL) site that requires workers to wear a respirator. Workers holding a Yellow Medi Pass are required to have a repeat spirometry test every 6 months with a full medical completed every 2 years.

A current Blue Medical Pass (i.e. within 2 years) can be upgraded to a Yellow Pass at any time with the addition of pre and post ventolin spirometry testing. This is known as a Gladstone Industry Medical Pass Upgrade.
